Refund policy

We want you to love your hyÿnk gloves. If they're not the right fit, you may return your order within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be returned within 15 days of delivery
• Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• Have all tags attached

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as hyÿnk is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

How to Start a Return
To begin your return, please email returns@hyynk.com with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of its approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns received after the 15-day return window, or items returned in used, washed, or damaged condition, may not be eligible for a refund.

Need a different size? The quickest way to exchange your gloves is to return your original order and place a new one.
